The deposit is CNY200 for weekly rental and CNY 500 for monthly rental.
The deposit cannot be refunded. unless you can notice us 48 hours before.

The regular time for check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00. You will need to present a valid card ( ID card、driving license、military officer certification、passport etc.)

We provide free towels, slippers, cups, and one-off shower stuffs to one night guest. For those guests preparing for living in weeks or months, may buy such stuffs from the front desk, or you can bring living things by yourselves. We also prepared hair drier, electric iron, and micro-wave oven, and you can borrow or hire such stuffs from the front desk.

We provide different price discount based on your stay period. If you decide to extend your stay in XINDE House, please inform the front desk one week’s before the expiration of your living term. After receiving a confirmation from the front desk, you should make a quick payment for the extension.

Each room is not equipped with a phone line .Telephone to other rooms or to the services department in Cinderella Apartment is free.
If you want to make a phone call outside, please buy 201 telephone cards from front desk.
Dialing to any place in Beijing, 0.3￥per minutes if your calling term not exceed 3 minutes, if exceed 3 minutes, 0.1￥per minutes for the exceeding term. Internal long distance, 0.3￥per minutes. Telephone fee for international telephone call please check the standard from CNC.

There are internet ports in each separate room, and you can enjoy free internet service. No time limitation.

For weekly and monthly rental guests, we provide 3 time’s room cleaning service and 1 time’s bedding changing in each week.
For the “one night”guests, we provide room cleaning service each day. And we also provide bedding changing if you require.

There is a laundry room in Cinderella Apartment, and you may use the self-help cast washing machines there. The price is each bucket CNY6.00. We will clean and sanitize these washing machines timely.

We provide free disinfectant kitchenware, such as stockpots, bowls, chopsticks, dishes, scoops. We will sanitize these cooking stuffs on time, and we can also wash for you if you make a payment. For the guest who has special requirement, please prepare these stuffs by yourselves.

You can park your car in the parking lot. The price is each month CNY150.00 or each day CNY10.00

Guests may get a door key for your room and an electric card for the front gate. Guests prefer to stay not more than 14days, also may get a door key for your room, but when you go out, please leave your key to the front desk.

If you prefer to stay in one week but less than one month (include one month), please pay no less than 7days price plus 200￥deposit in advance.
If you prefer to stay more than one month, please pay no less than 30 days price plus 500￥deposit in advance.

please check out by the last day of the contract. Payment must be made by cash or credit card.
